Role Objective:
To drive business growth and operational expansion of pre-inspection services focusing on Daily business operation and establishing strong relationships with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Provider Onboarding & Management:
Develop a reliable and quality-driven partner network; ensure training onboarding compliance and performance monitoring of all field resources.
Business Development:
Build relationships with insurance companies brokers and TPAs to generate pre-inspection business requirements.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure timely and quality execution of inspection tasks TAT adherence and service-level compliance.
Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions proactively.
Key Metrics:
Increase in inspection volume
SLA/TAT performance
Regional operational efficiency
Requirements:
Graduate
1-3 years of experience in business development or operations in the insurance services domain (preferably pre-inspection surveys or TPAs)
Understanding of break-in insurance ecosystem
Field team and vendor management experience
