Job Summary

As a Senior Associate you will lead client engagements to enhance sourcing and supplier management while improving procurement efficiency through data-driven methodologies. You will also guide clients in adopting cutting-edge technologiesincluding AI GenAI and Agentic AIto unlock value and enable enterprise-wide transformation.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- AI & Digital Procurement Strategy: Shape AI-enabled procurement strategies by assessing client readiness identifying high-value use cases (e.g. autonomous sourcing intelligent contract insights) and defining roadmaps for digital procurement modernization
- Data Governance & Quality: Design and implement procurement data governance frameworks ensuring data quality lineage MDM and controls to support reliable analytics and AI model performance. Partner with IT and client data owners to improve data structures required for spend analytics supplier risk scoring and forecasting models.
- AI Model Development & Deployment: Lead development testing and deployment of ML/GenAI models for sourcing & procurement using platforms such as AWS Databricks or Palantir Foundry
- Knowledge Transfer & Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge on new tools technologies and process changes to both clients and internal teams.
- Quality & Best Practices: Ensure that the engagement follows best practices in terms of quality timelines and cost while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Building: Lead / support team hiring training & development activities.
- Business & Capability Development: Work closely with US & AC leadership to drive business development activities (e.g. RFP responses GTM opportunity identification) as well as capability build.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Analytics or a related field; advanced degree (MBA/Masters) or relevant certifications in Analytics AI Supply Chain or Procurement is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Business Analytics AI/ML PowerBI Alteryx RPA Palantir Foundry or other digital procurement tools are highly valued.
- Experience:4 years of relevant experience technology-driven transformation visibility and analytics RPA process enablement & Agentic AI development/ deploymentwith a focus on procurements or supply chain function
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in analytics AI and technologies including Alteryx PowerBI Palantir Foundry Agentic AI development tools (Cursor/ Vercel) and cloud platforms such as AWS for data engineering and model deployment.
- Good understanding of end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes including strategic sourcing category management supplier performance management and source-to-pay (S2P) workflows.
- Strong knowledge of process automation and performance management in a supply chain context.
- Ability to drive process enablement through technology is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and the ability to integrate new tools into existing ERP environments is preferred.
