Job Summary
Talent Diamond a Canadian-based HR consulting firm is offering a hands-on Recruitment Consultant Career Launch Program. This is a structured training and practicum opportunity designed to help aspiring professionals learn recruitment from the ground up and step directly into the workforce.
Participants will gain practical global-level recruitment skills inspired by the hiring strategies of leading companies including Amazon Tesla Google Deloitte SAP and Oracle. The program includes live instruction job-based simulations and the opportunity to work with real clients and assignments under the Talent Diamond brand.
What You Will Learn:
- Recruitment workflows inspired by top employers like Amazon and Tesla

- Practical use of cloud-based applicant tracking systems similar to SAP and Oracle
