An Early Career Trainee - Clinical Education Specialist Magnetic Resonance will be trained over 24 months as a Clinical Education Specialist in MR. The employee will be responsible for delivering formal training on MR products and providing post-sales training and support to customers either on-site or via digital platforms.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE HealthCare equipment in a specific modality area.
  • Conduct high-quality application training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE HealthCare equipment optimizing image quality and productivity.
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships identifying and capitalizing on immediate customer needs.
  • Promote unique differentiators based on customers clinical needs competition values and sought benefits.
  • Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
  • Support Trade shows Workshops Show sites and Customer visits.
  • Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
  • Document trainings site visits and customer interactions as per local protocols.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Clinical background - Radiographer - is a must
  • Clinical work experience in medical segment
  • Readiness to have 2years fixed-term contract
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills
  • Ability to provide clinical trainings
  • Arabic - fluent
  • English -advanced level
