This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking industry leader.Payroll Administrator Market Related Springs12 month CONTRACTAs the Payroll Administrator you will provide accurate and timely processing and payment of company payrolls in line with the ICRF and legislative requirements. Responsibilities- End-to-end processing of CTC SSA and monthly wage payrolls using Sage 300 People
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Compile and submit month-end payroll reports (e.g. overtime and hours reports)
- Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and management
- Administer employee leave in line with contracts and policy
- Ensure compliance with Bargaining Council agreements and contribution requirements
- Interpret employee remuneration packages and input accurately into the payroll system
- Process payroll-related requests including ad hoc internal and external queries
- Manage payroll documentation: filing scanning and digital uploads
- Calculate termination payments in line with departure clearance procedures
- Process salary increases back pay and leave accruals per company policy
- Prepare payroll-related documentation for Department of Labour (UI19 UI2.7 salary schedules)
- Create dummy payslips during recruitment as needed
- Present payroll induction for new employees
Requirements- Diploma in Financial or Payroll
- 4 years experience in a direct payroll function
- Must be proficient on Sage 300 People and Microsoft Office
