What Youll Do:

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical electrical and systems issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Safety First: Promote a safe work environment by following and enforcing safety procedures and addressing hazards promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in mechanical electrical or systems maintenance preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of some or all of the following is a benefit but not required:
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- HVAC/Refrigeration
- Welding
- Boilers
- Electrical skills
- Computer skills
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfort with walking standing stooping bending and reaching.
Self-Starter: A proactive attitude with the drive to learn independently and take initiative.
