About the Role

Empowherops is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Cum Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and basic accounting operations. This is a full-time remote position requiring a dedicated home workspace. A company laptop will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative operations and maintain proper documentation.

  • Manage basic accounting tasks such as data entry invoicing bookkeeping and reconciliations.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements reports and records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients professionally.

  • Maintain organized records of expenses receipts and accounting documentation.

  • Support daily business operations by ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Handle email communication tracking updates and maintaining databases.

  • Follow company procedures and ensure compliance in admin and accounts-related activities.

Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin or Accounting roles.

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts tools and MS Office.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Must have a proper working setup at home (quiet space stable internet).

  • Company laptop will be provided.

  • Strong attention to detail confidentiality and professionalism.
