| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | Lead the design implementation and optimization of Okta-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and application integrations. - Architect and maintain integrations between Okta Active Directory LDAP and cloud platforms ensuring secure and seamless user access.
- Develop and automate IAM workflows policies and processes using Okta Workflows and scripting (e.g. PowerShell).
- Provide top-level support for Okta and IAM incidents requests and changes; monitor security agents imports and certificate lifecycle.
- Define IAM strategy and roadmap ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards.
- Experience with the Java Development (Spring Boot Java Microservices Javascript )
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise IAM solutions.
- Hands on experience with implementing authentication with OIDC and Oauth 2.0 with Java/Springboot based application.
