Creations Infra India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Purchase Specialist to manage procurement activities related to interior design and construction materials. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills cost negotiation expertise and hands-on experience sourcing interior fit-out and construction-related items.

• Procure interior design and construction materials such as plywood laminates hardware fittings lighting paints tiles electrical and plumbing items.

• Identify evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing payment terms delivery schedules and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.

• Prepare and process purchase orders RFQs and follow up on deliveries.

• Coordinate with project managers site engineers and design teams to understand material requirements.

• Ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules.

• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock.

• Verify invoices delivery challans and quality of materials received.

• Maintain accurate purchase records vendor databases and MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Diploma/degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred).

• 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within the interior design or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction supplies.

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic purchase documentation.

• Strong coordination communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Experience in interior contracting or construction companies.

• Familiarity with local Chennai suppliers and markets.

• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
