Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of SW in efficient way with a high quality
Develop thorough understanding of Functional and Non-functional product requirements do
effort estimations and ensure that the technical solution is within estimates and quality
Driving software design implementation and testing with high quality that the Scrum team
achieves its goals
Maintain and update established architecture design and coding guidelines for the development
team to ensure best practices and consistency in their deliverables
Ensure performance scalability security usability and maintainability of the solution
Create proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate design assumptions and to determine the feasibility
and risk of different options
Investigate new technologies tools & standards in alignment with organizational technology
roadmaps and strategy
Participate in Software Development process improvement initiatives
Help drive a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement

Qualification
B. Tech or Bachelors in computer science or any other relevant field (Required)
M. Tech or Masters in any other relevant field (Preferred)
Years of Experience Experience In
12 years of
experience

Experience with C# and other related development frameworks and
tools

5 years of
experience

Experience with desktop based applications

Required Skills:

Passion for delivering high quality software
Strong skills in object oriented analysis design development documentation troubleshooting
and debugging skills with multi-tier applications
Understanding of complex architectures
Strong understanding of WPF (customization)
Team player who can work independently towards a common goal and guide the team members
Good understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills international collaboration experience
Strong Background in automated Unit- and Integration Testing using frameworks like MSTest
xUnit or NUnit
Experience with GIT Visual Studio GitHub Copilot Azure DevOps Azure Boards
Knowledge of secure coding data protection
