Delivery Manager

Responsible for end-to-end delivery management for a key client in Michigan. Owns delivery governance execution quality financial performance and client stakeholder management across all active programs and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary delivery leader for the client ensuring successful execution of all engagements from initiation to closure.
- Own delivery governance including scope management timelines milestones and quality assurance.
- Drive forecasting budgeting resource planning and profitability for the portfolio.
- Lead distributed teams (onsite nearshore offshore) and ensure alignment on delivery objectives.
- Manage risks issues dependencies and change requests with a structured and proactive approach.
- Build strong relationships with client executives and functional stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth in collaboration with the account and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational delivery methodologies security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee talent management: onboarding coaching performance and succession planning for delivery teams.
- Provide periodic status reports dashboards and executive-level communication.
- Drive continuous improvement operational excellence and delivery automation where applicable.
Required Experience and Skills
- 12 18 years of IT delivery experience including large-scale multi-tower or multi-vendor engagements.
- Strong background in application development digital transformation or managed services delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams and deliver complex programs.
- Expertise in client management contract governance and financial management (budgeting margins invoicing).
- Strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working onsite in the U.S. with enterprise clients; Michigan region experience preferred.
- PMP CSM or equivalent certifications are a plus
