Account Executive
Location: El Segundo CA (Onsite with some flexibility)

Role Summary
The Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue across several verticals partnering closely with recruiters and leadership. The ideal candidate comes from a tech staffing/services background (minimum 1 year) is competitive resourceful and intellectually curious and is eager to contribute within a high-growth environment.
This role is onsite initially to support cultural alignment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow client relationships within assigned verticals (Media & Entertainment Growth/Defense Healthcare).
- Drive new business development and manage existing accounts within a $2B Los Angeles market.
- Partner with recruiters to deliver quality talent across contract contract-to-hire and permanent roles.
- Stay ahead of industry trends-demonstrate curiosity and consultative thinking.
- Support new client engagements including discovery strategy and ongoing communication.
What Theyre Looking For
- 1 years in tech staffing/services (more experience strongly welcomed).
