Job Summary
- Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across all business units
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic planning investment decisions and scenario analysis
- Track and analyse business performance against budgets forecasts and KPIs
- Provide actionable insights and variance analysis to leadership and business heads
- Identify cost-saving opportunities margin improvement areas and operational inefficiencies
- Drive rolling forecasts monthly/quarterly forecasts and contingency planning
- Business Partnering to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
- Standardize FP&A processes tools and reporting formats to drive efficiency and clarity
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CXOs for financial decision-making
- Drive automation of dashboards reports and financial workflows (processes SAP Power BI etc.)
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
