Job Summary

Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming and optimising our retail operations. Key Responsibilities

Elicit analyse and document business requirements across the end-to-end retail value chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and support seamless implementation.
Assist in developing and executing project plans aligned with strategic business goals.
Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Define and map current and future state processes using appropriate modelling tools.
Facilitate workshops interviews and design sessions with business stakeholders.
Support testing cycles to ensure all solutions meet documented requirements.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs user stories and process maps.

Qualifications

Matric plus a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
Business Analysis certification (CBAP PMI-PBA etc.) advantageous.

Experience & Expertise

68 years experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the retail sector.
Demonstrated experience across the retail value chain:
Buying planning merchandising warehousing store operations POS ecommerce customer service.
Strong background in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain BA functions including:
Inventory Management Inbound/Outbound Order Management Receiving Integration Picking Reporting Finance Bookings Dispatch Pack Changes Master Data and overall supply chain processes.
Proven capability supporting major retail systems implementations (ERP WMS CRM OMS).
Experience working within Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.
