Job Summary
Introduction
A prominent private surgical environment in the Southern Suburbs is recruiting an experienced Unit Manager to lead an Orthopaedic Theatre team maintain clinical excellence and uphold operational efficiency across all theatre activities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Theatre-related post-basic qualification (essential)
- Solid background in theatre nursing with adequate exposure to orthopaedic procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities
- Working knowledge of labour legislation financial processes and supply-chain principles
- Understanding of private healthcare sector dynamics and operational challenges
- Computer proficiency
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel when required
- Current SANC registration
