The Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global empowers a diverse spectrum of private equity and venture capital firms to effectively control their data and drive internal analytics and insights. Whether it is for portfolio analytics valuations investor reporting or on-demand insight into operating metrics of a specific asset this team is at the forefront of the FinTech space.


Responsibilities and Impact:

The Impact: The Customer Care Advisor Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the companys products ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients.

  • You will become a subject matter expert in the private markets industry while gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of portfolio monitoring and reporting.
  • You will interact with senior members of management and c-suite executives at private market firms of all sizes daily via email phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • You will closely collaborate with business leaders and key internal stakeholders providing exposure to product management and development sales and marketing and a variety of other areas of the Private Markets business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with clients to understand their needs objectives product usage and overall internal workflows.
  • Provide constructive and actionable client feedback to Product Management or other departments regarding product requirements enhancement requests and ideas.
  • Providing transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues risks and opportunities.
  • Increasing product adoption and usage among clients.
  • Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.
  • Checking in with clients regularly and offering support.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Must be amenable to work during US business hours
  • Prior experience working in a Client Support role (0-2 years)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Microsoft Teams Salesforce and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Pendo is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone/email presence; must be able to deal with others in a pleasant manner and work under varying degrees of pressure and time constraints
  • Private markets/fintech industry knowledge and interest.
  • Ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client as well as troubleshoot or resolve client issues

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment handle high-pressure situations and manage deadlines appropriately.
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
