This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career (including recent graduates) who is confident with numbers proficient in Excel loves helping others and enjoys being part of a fun collaborative team. Full training will be provided.
What youll do
- Process weekly payroll data and maintain timesheet systems
- Coordinate Support Office and Distribution Centre events
- Support internal communications and engagement activities
- Manage the People & Culture inbox and general HR admin
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding processes
- Support recognition programmes and milestone celebrations
What youll bring
- Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (comfortable with formulas sorting/filtering and manipulating data)
- Organised accurate and reliable
- A friendly helpful attitude and willingness to pitch in
- An interest or qualification in Human Resources
