We are seeking a Strategic People Partner to work closely with our senior leadership teams including those in customer growth and finance to drive people strategies that empower and align with business this generalist role youll be a trusted advisor supporting leadership development workforce planning and organisational change initiatives across a range of business functions.

You will partner with leaders to ensure people strategies are aligned with business objectives while fostering a strong adaptive culture that supports growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders particularly in customer growth and finance to align workforce strategies with business objectives
  • Support leadership development change management and organisational design efforts across the business
  • Drive strategic workforce planning succession planning and talent management initiatives
  • Foster a high-performance culture through people-focused strategies
  • Contribute to enterprise-level people strategy initiatives focusing on organisational effectiveness and resilience

  • Proven experience in strategic HR partnering or senior advisory roles with a broad generalist HR background
  • Expertise in leadership development organisational design and change management
  • Strong understanding of NZ employment legislation
