Our Graduation Coordinators work together to ensure the finer details of the day are covered such as coordinating ticketing printing and checking the physical degrees designing the programmes and proofing and producing scripts to ensure everyone is where they need to be on the day.
This is a salary band D position within the University Structure.
This role is full-time 37.5 hours per week on a fixed for 11 months. The salary range for this role is $55300 - $69600 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

You will be a highly organised committed individual with a flair for coordination who can anticipate and respond to changes.
The Graduation coordinators assist with the on-the-day set-up so it is imperative that you have a good level of fitness to travel around the venue and can lift up to 10 kgs.
