A Day in the Life:

  • This position is responsible for the correct breakdown of clinical returns following randomizations standard operating procedures and group leader instructions to ensure compliance with customer specifications and cGMPs.
  • Reconciliation of return drug supplies as stipulated in protocol specific Accountability Instructions
  • Able to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet business needs and demands.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: 1 year of previous work experience required
  • Preferred: Experience in distribution warehouse or supply chain or related field
  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions and the ability to learn new tasks with the assistance from the Supervisor and/or the Returns Support Associate.
  • High attention to detail
  • Be able to operate a pallet jack.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Allergies to specific pharmaceuticals like penicillin and cephalosporin may disqualify individuals from performing these duties.
  • Standing bending pushing pulling reaching and handling bulky containers/packages. Must be able to lift up to 35-50 pounds and occasionally 70 pounds.
