Schedule Details:
- full- time position M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm
- must be willing to work occasional PM hours as needed for special events
- no weekend or holiday requirements

As a Life Enrichment Assistant Director you will
- work under direction of the Life Enrichment Director for Dove West and Orchard Hills
- provide activity-based programs that meet residents physical social emotional cultural spiritual and therapeutic needs
- communicate regularly with residents and their families/guardians about participation and progress
- adapt activities to individual interests and abilities to enhance quality of life
Preferred Qualifications:
- must have valid drivers license
- experience in Life Enrichment and / or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center
- experience as a CNA or resident assistant is preferred but not required
- experience with memory care residents
