Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedMRBEngineerwith a strong background in Quality and Aerospace Manufacturing particularly in dispositioning non-conformances andMRBdesign for non-conformances. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product integrity compliance and operational excellence within a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Position:MRBEngineerwith QN Disposition Experience

- Compensation: $100K (flexible)

Key Skills:
- 710 years ofMRBexperience in Aerospace domain (Preferably Quality Engineering experience)
- Strong background/experience in concessions /MRBfor providing frontline support to manufacturing operations
- Experience making decisions on disposition of Non-Conformances with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering (Physics Chemistry Aerospace Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering)
- Associates degreein Engineering and 4 years of professional experience in Manufacturing/Design/Quality may be considered in lieu of Bachelors
Additional Requirements:
- US Citizenship per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
- Track and report the status of open QNs in the ERP system in terms of turnaround times priorities closure rates aging QNs etc.
- Knowledge of SAP system (Creation and Closure of QNs/Concessions)
