As a Healthcare Document Intake Specialist you will manage the arrival validation and routing of medical documents that support downstream review and processing teams. Your role ensures every incoming file is complete accurate and ready for the next step in the workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake medical documentation and verify accuracy of received files.
- Validate identifiers facility details and record type.
- Assign documents to the proper queues based on SOP-defined rules.
- Maintain intake logs and update system status fields.
- Identify trends such as recurring incomplete submissions.
What You Bring
- Background in healthcare intake medical records insurance processing or similar.
- Strong analytical attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in healthcare BPO is a strong advantage.
