1. Core Responsibilities
a. Vehicle Financing & Loan Processing
- Evaluate customers financial situations to recommend suitable financing options (loans leases insurance packages).
- Submit finance applications to banks financial institutions or in-house financing programs.
- Ensure compliance with lenders requirements and dealership policies.
- Negotiate loan terms interest rates and repayment schedules with customers.
b. Insurance & Add-On Products
- Offer vehicle insurance extended warranties and other add-on products.
- Explain terms coverage and benefits to customers clearly.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for seamless processing.
c. Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding finance and insurance queries.
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints or issues regarding financing or insurance.
d. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all finance contracts are accurate complete and legally compliant.
- Maintain proper records of all finance and insurance transactions.
- Stay updated on local laws banking regulations and consumer protection policies.
e. Sales Support & Dealership Performance
- Collaborate with sales team to close deals efficiently.
- Advise on financing packages that maximize dealership profitability.
- Assist in developing pricing promotions or special financing schemes.
f. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on finance activities loan approvals and revenue from financing.
- Monitor dealership finance performance against targets.
- Track delinquent accounts and coordinate collections if necessary.
Performance Indicators
- Number and value of finance contracts successfully closed.
- Percentage of finance deals approved by banks or lenders.
- Revenue generated from financing insurance and add-on products.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.
- Compliance and accuracy of documentation.
