Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with deep technical expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices Caching and Multithreading. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions mentoring developers and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
- Architect build and enhance microservices-based systems using Spring Boot.
- Drive performance optimization using effective caching strategies.
- Implement robust and efficient multithreading and concurrency mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product QA DevOps and architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers providing technical leadership and support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Core Java (7 years)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
- Expertise in Caching frameworks (Redis Hazelcast etc.)
- Solid understanding and practical experience in Multithreading & Concurrency
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs design patterns and cloud integration
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
