Job Summary

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Assist the customer by answering all the product / service related queries to customer satisfaction
2. Collect customer feedback on the product and results post usage
3. Address customer concerns / complaints / queries not only limited to the product but other
challenges that would have come up the customers journey (such as order delay defective
damaged refund replacement etc)
4. Have a continuous follow up on customer issues till they are resolved to customer satisfaction
5. Focus of FCR (first call resolution) and customer delight
6. Escalate customer and process related challenges to the leadership team
7. Must adhere to the SLAs assigned to each segment of the business processes
8. Ensure complete documentation of customer details / conversation summary and actions needed
besides working on the resolution
9. Report / escalate customer process related challenges and improvements to the higher ups.

2. Knowledge of e-commerce model
3. Strong customer focus showcase strong sense of ownership and pro activeness
4. Flexible to business needs.
5. Must have Time management and multitasking skills
6. Need to be proactive and open for taking up additional responsibilities for the team
7. Receptive to feedback and willing to learn
8. Team Player- work on collaborative method
