We are searching for a charismatic B2B Sales Leader with a proven track record of success and a love of coaching to join a growing Sales Transformation and Training Company based in London as one of their Sales Performance Coaches.

Reporting into the Head of Sales Performance the new Sales Performance Coach will need to have a proven track record in B2B sales and come from a strong sales background themselves as opposed to just a sales training background. Your goal will be to learn and deliver the companys training content both in person and remotely to groups of salespeople. Key to success is the ability to encourage capture and share examples of where training has led to positive outcomes for clients.

The new Sales Performance Coach will need full flexibility to deliver in-person and/or remote training across all 5 days. Flexibility to work early mornings / evenings to enable global delivery of training and travel to client offices. Overnight stays where required.

Responsibilities:

  • More than simply training this role is about driving the performance of salespeople leaders and teams. This is done by delivering compelling engaging insightful and high-impact learning in-person and remotely.
  • Consistently excel against company Trainer Quality Assurance Framework.
  • Drive and report on behavioural and tangible learner outcomes.
  • Provide the strongest learner experience via thorough preparation and follow-up.
  • Enable the design of tailored development activities by analysing and understanding clients specific challenges required results and skills gaps in their business.
  • Consistently connect with learners on a personal and professional basis. Encourage continuous participation sharing of examples and ownership of ideas. Encourage co-creation and ideas from all participants.
  • Demonstrate a measured and assured in pace with gravitas.
  • Signpost clearly what is coming up and how everything fits together.
  • Hit all the key content points and delivers an easy-to-understand interactive narrative within brand guidelines.
  • Stay on top of all internal/external communications and administrative responsibilities and responding in a timely manner.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B Sales in a leader capacity ideally for an established corporate.
  • Sales training/coaching experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Incredibly high EQ and communication skills.
  • Experience engaging Senior Leaders with gravitas and charisma.
  • Ability to actively listen understand and add value to client conversations
  • Adapting to client conversations based on stakeholders and culture
  • Remaining on top of all necessary internal comms and responding in a timely manner to ensure projects are successful
  • Being fully prepared for all internal and external meetings
