What Youll Be Doing
- Run a high-activity high-margin desk with full autonomy
- Drive aggressive new business with 50 outbound calls daily
- Build grow and retain a strong global customer base
- Negotiate complex deals while protecting margin
- Own the full sales cycle and manage your book like your own business
- Track market intelligence: pricing shortages allocations excess lists
- Partner with our internal global teams: Sales Commodity Management Purchasing Asset Recovery Order Management and more
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years CURRENT experience in electronic components brokering or independent distribution or strong B2B product sales background
- An active and proven account base with real revenue history
- Strong global sourcing or customer connections in OEM/EMS/MRO segments
- A competitive relentless close-the-deal mindset
- Strong communication skills (multilingual is a plus)
- Ability to juggle fast-moving deals across time zones
- Basic proficiency with CRM and spreadsheet tools
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required for top performers

Required Skills:
12 years of B2B product sales experience Competitive sports background or equivalent performance-driven experience Strong work ethic and resilience in a target-driven environment Comfortable communicating by phone and willing to develop sales skills Coachable disciplined and committed to continuous improvement Strong English communication skills Interested in building a career rather than a short-term sales role
