Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor client deposits withdrawals refunds and internal transfers
Handle daily payments reconciliation and ensure accuracy across PSPs and banking channels
Conduct KYC/AML document checks (ID proof of address verification tasks)
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies delays and failed transactions
Support internal teams (Sales Retention Compliance Finance)
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies
Update records maintain transaction logs and assist with reporting
Perform general back-office duties and operational support as required
Communicate professionally with PSPs banks and clients where needed
Requirements
Previous experience working in a Forex/CFD company is mandatory
Experience in payments back office banking operations or financial administration
Strong understanding of client fund flows reconciliation processes and AML/KYC principles
Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms and CRM systems
Excellent accuracy attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills in English
Arabic or Spanish language is a strong advantage
Must be fully flexible to work rotating shifts
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
