Our client a large NSW Government organisation is seeking a HR Change Manager Specialist to join the team.
This position is responsible for the delivery of change management processes within a designated list of change projects. These encompass restructures job and role changes staff transfers re-gradings and reporting line changes across all departments and emanating from a wide variety of business changes and projects. The HR Business Partner ensures effective business partnerships through strong customer engagement coaching and developing manager capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders project sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses and communicate with key stakeholders and consultation with unions on change management proposals
- Manage all aspects of the change process including legal & policy compliance data collection and management position change control business case writing consultation process documentation & letter production document management and reporting
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business or equivalent experience in the provision of generalist human resources advice and consultancy services.
- Previous proven experience in leading organisational change projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies including relevant employment laws regulations and policies.
