BCBA Serving Colonial Heights VA

Full-Time Total Compensation: $80000$100000 per year

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Colonial Heights clinic. This role provides a mix of in-person visits to the clinic and independent time for planning documentation and treatment-related responsibilities. You will work closely with clinical leadership and families to help children build meaningful skills and progress toward their goals.

Position Summary

  • Service Area: Colonial Heights VA
  • Schedule: MondayFriday
  • Employment Type: Full-time exempt
  • Total Compensation: $80000$100000 per year (includes base salary bonus potential)
  • On-Site Expectation: Monthly visits to the clinic for observations team meetings and direct case support

This role offers consistent autonomy for non-client responsibilities along with structured in-person time to collaborate with the team and provide direct support as needed.

What Youll Do

  • Complete assessments treatment plans and program updates
  • Review data trends and adjust programming to ensure strong clinical outcomes
  • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs Behavior Technicians and supporting clinicians
  • Communicate progress and goals with caregivers
  • Participate in scheduled clinic visits for meetings observations and team collaboration
  • Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
  • Eligible for or currently holding Virginia behavior analyst licensure
  • Ability to manage both in-person responsibilities and independent clinical tasks
  • Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Previous experience supporting teams across multiple sites
  • Strong documentation and case-management experience
