Content Creation
- Create standout content blogs infographics videos case studies emails and more.
- Work with Sales & Marketing to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Spot industry award opportunities and help craft winning submissions.
- Review engagement reports and identify what needs improving.
- Champion content sharing across all platforms (yes even when Sales need reminding).
- Partner with external agencies on eye-catching campaigns.
Data Management
- Own the accuracy of all HubSpot data no sloppy records on your watch.
- Manage leads and customer data including imports and list organisation.
- Refine buyer personas to sharpen targeting.
- Produce monthly performance reports with clear insights.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain best-in-class data practices.
SEO & Ad Management
- Boost website traffic and rankings with smart creative SEO strategies.
- Manage Google and LinkedIn Ads from setup to optimisation.
- Research high-value keywords and search trends.
- Optimise web copy and landing pages to drive conversions.
- Track performance and recommend improvements.
- Align SEO and ad tactics with Sales & Marketing for maximum impact.
Event Support
- Lead the coordination of events exhibitions sponsorships and more.
- Handle everything from pre-event admin to on-the-day delivery.
- Ensure every detail is spot on venues catering logistics.
- Create engaging event content before during and after.
- Hunt for new event opportunities that put us on the map.

Education / Qualifications
- Degree/qualification in marketing or related subject
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 2-year experience in a B2B marketing focused role
- Experience using the HubSpot CRM and marketing platform
- Experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience using Google Search Console Google Analytics Semrush or other SEO specific tools
- Some exposure/interest in IT and technology
- Some experience of design tools (Canva Adobe etc.)
- Knowledge of WordPress is desirable but not essential
