Were looking for a Parts Inventory Specialist whos ready to take ownership of our parts flow keep our inventory in top shape and support the shop with accuracy enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
What Youll Do
Youll be at the heart of the dealerships parts ecosystem. On any given day you may be:
Placing daily parts orders to keep the shop humming
Stocking and posting incoming orders like a pro
Partnering with the Parts Manager on weekly stock orders
Notifying teams when special-order parts arrive making someones day instantly better
Updating electronic parts files and price lists
Creating stock control reports (consumption supply market conditions all the good stuff)
Supporting warranty processing with accurate parts info
Managing returns cores credits and excess stock with eagle-eyed precision
Matching and approving POs and invoices
Keeping the parts area clean organized and ready for action
Helping with phone coverage and customer service as needed
Jumping in wherever youre needed youre part of a team that wins together

Previous dealership parts department experience
One year of related experience in inventory or parts operations
Physical Requirements
Comfortable with standing walking bending and crouching
Able to lift up to 15 lbs when needed
