About the role
As an Account Executive in your assigned regionyoullbe on the frontlines of Libras growth drivingsales &adoption among small and mid-sized law firms as well asleanin-house legal a mix of inbound leads and self-sourcedpipeline running the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
Youllcollaborate closely withour Legal Engineering and Customer Success teamsto tailor Libras AI solutions to each clients unique workflows ensuring every new customerexperiencesimmediate impact. This role is ideal for someonewhoshands-on commercially driven and excited to sell a productthatsgenuinely transforming the way legal work gets done.
You will report to one of Libras Sales Directors and work alongside a growing team of passionate professionals. Togetheryoullfoster a culture of performance agility and customer-centricity layingthe foundation for sustainable growth across the region.

Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers from discovery to demo negotiation and many casesclosecollaboration with the account managersof our content businesses that have a solid established relationship.
Handle a steady stream of inbound leads while proactivelyidentifyingnew opportunitiesthroughmarketandcustomerdata-driveninsightsandsalesenablementtoolstooptimizeoutreachandengagementstrategies.
Use data-driven insights and sales enablement tools tooptimizeoutreach and engagement strategies.
Developa deepunderstandingofcustomerspainpointsdailyworkflowsandlegalprocessesfordrivingsalesbasedonthecustomersituation.
Collaborate withLegal Engineering to delivertailored demos andshowcasereal-world AI use cases.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and apply structuredqualificationto improve forecasting accuracyandcontributingto portfolio renewal.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding.
Utilizea customerfocused sales methodologies() to qualify and advance complex deals.
Contribute feedback and ideas to help improve and scale our SMB sales motion.
Whatyoullbring
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administrationor a related commercial field preferred
