Job Summary
Ensuring a positive and satisfied outcome for each member attending events taking care that expectations are fulfilled or exceeded through attentive service and support the role isto provide warm professional hospitality support at Member tastings lunch and dinner events ensuring members feel welcome and well cared for.
This includes serving food and drinks assisting with event setup and clearing and supporting the event host with any requirements to ensure smooth delivery of each event.
Reponsibilities include:
- Assist with serving food and drinks during Member lunch and dinner events.
- Support the event host with the smooth running of events responding flexibly to requests and requirements on the day.
- Ensuring adherence to Food Safety standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional environment.
- Glass crockery and cutlery washing duties.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation in all event spaces.
