About the Role
As Pharmacy Manager at Gambier Village Pharmacy youll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists technicians and retail staff.
- Driving professional services community engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Managing budgets stock control and store performance to achieve KPIs.
- Ensuring full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.
- Providing high-quality patient care through clinical advice dispensing and medication reviews.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
- Strong skills in communication team development and workflow management.
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Vaccination accreditation and a genuine commitment to improving community health.
