Sydney Region - Sydney Southern (Southern Sydney Nowra) Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) With the recent expansion of our product range to include Takeuchi Construction Equipment Toyota Material Handling Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to support our growing Earthmoving & Construction Sales team. This role is responsible for driving profitable unit sales increasing market share and building strong relationships with new and existing customers across the Sydney territory Key Responsibilities - Drive profitable growth across new and used equipment sales within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in a competitive market.
- Promote and present TMHA and Takeuchi products to existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer site visits product demonstrations and equipment walk-arounds.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives promotions and product programs.
- Provide market insights customer feedback and trend observations to the Sales & Product Manager Earthmoving.
- Use technical product knowledge to assist with quotations estimates and tenders in line with pricing policies.
- Support specialised product and technical equipment sales where required.
- Deliver accurate technical information and performance advice to customers.
- Represent TMHA at national and regional field days expos and industry events.
Skills & Experience - Proven sales experience within the Construction Earthmoving or related industrial equipment industry.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain professional under pressure.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy across standard business software.
