Job Description

Minimum Training and Education:

Earned Doctor of Nursing Practice degree or PhD with experience in quality improvement (QI) evidenced-based practice program implementation/evaluation and/or policy. Nurse Executive DNP candidates must have experience in QI. Successful candidates will have effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills and abilities. It is recommended that the candidate is a practicing APRN. As an APRN they should hold active state licensure and national certification with at least two years of APRN practice experience in primary care or related settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in graduate online teaching methods is preferred but a motivated candidate without teaching experience who meets the educational and professional requirements will be considered.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include facilitating and implementing innovative teaching strategies including scholarship and may also include clinical course teaching including monitoring Typhon.
