Job Summary: Heavy IndustryField Service Technician able to perform rolebased in Virginia but able to assist in North and South Carolina or where business need is required. Technician will beresponsible for executing field servicemaintenanceactivitieson Reverse Osmosis and ancillary water treatment equipmentat customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includessystem data collection troubleshooting work with mechanical and some electrical componentsdiesel equipment conditions conducts preventative maintenance onlargerequipment with computer skills for parts ordering anddata entries.Service Technician needs to be able to identify and remedy service related concerns along with safety issues(both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and potentially works at multiple sites / with multiple technologies. Critical thinking in this role is a critical item.

Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization
  • Take care of company water treatment equipment and property
  • Demonstrates high impact culture through innovation accountability and empowerment
  • Must be able to function in a team environment
  • Computer skills a must
  • Travel daily to customer sites
  • Willing to obtain Class B driver license



Education & Experience Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
  • CDL B preferred but not required
  • Clean driving record
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred


Skill Requirements:

  • Electrical mechanical plumbing on large equipment preferred
  • Troubleshooting and industrial maintenance experience a PLUS
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) laptops and other smart devices
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability

**The estimated salary range for this position is $26 to $27/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills experience and work location.
