We are looking for an experienced SalesforceBusiness Analyst to join an innovative team within theautomotive tech sector. If youre passionate about optimizing businessprocesses translating needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and workingclosely with both technical and business teams this role is for you.
Responsibilities
RequirementsGathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders tounderstand processes and challenges.
Document functional requirements and userstories for Salesforce initiatives.
SolutionDesign Support
Partner with Salesforce architects anddevelopers to define scalable efficient solutions.
Validate solution alignment with business goals.
ProcessOptimization
Assess existing workflows and recommendimprovements using native Salesforce capabilities.
Testing& Validation
Prepare test cases and support UAT for newfeatures enhancements and releases.
Documentation& Training
Create clear process documentation and userguides.
Deliver training sessions to end-users.
StakeholderCommunication
Serve as the main point of contact forSalesforce-related projects.
Communicate technical concepts in a clearbusiness-oriented way.
Required Experience
5years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Functional Skills (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
Solid understanding of CRM processes:lead-to-opportunity case management customer service.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools(Flows Process Builder).
Ability to build reports and dashboards.
Understanding of data management and Salesforce security models.
Experience working in Agile environments andwriting user stories.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Components.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs andintegration concepts.
Experience with data migration tools(e.g. Data Loader).
Experience with training management systemsis a plus.
SoftSkills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
High sense of ownership regarding data qualityand timely delivery.
Excellent communication and collaboration skillsacross business and technical teams.
Proactive curious and eager to learn.
Structured and autonomous working style.
Language Requirements
English and Portuguese: fluency (mandatory).
Certifications
SalesforceCertified Administrator (mandatory).
Preferred: Salesforce Business Analyst PlatformApp Builder.
