Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise all staff.
- Maintain high service cleanliness and sanitation standards across all dining areas.
- Ensure proper staffing levels aligned with guest service needs and financial goals.
- Lead motivate and coach the Food & Beverage team to drive performance and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all F&B policies food safety standards and liquor regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
- Provide training support employee development and promote fair workplace practices.
- Assist the service team during peak periods when needed.
- Ensure strong product quality presentation standards and financial oversight (purchasing cost control invoices).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food & beverage culinary or a related field.
- A 2-year degree in Food Service Management Hospitality Hotel & Restaurant Management Business Administration or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Chinese-speaking candidate preferred.
- Proven track record in fine dining restaurant operations.
