Job Summary

Our Client is a leading Beachclub based in Phuket Thailand and are looking to hire a Thai National Restaurant Manager:

Lead daily FOH operations set service standards manage reservations/guest flow drive upselling oversee roster and training coordinate with kitchen and bar handle complaints and report on sales and costs.
Requirements:
3-5 years in high volume restaurants or beachclubs leadership skills POS knowledge Thai and English.
