Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Stibo STEP Business Analystto support and enhance Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities withina global automotive technology environment. You will work closely with businessteams IT and integration partners to design configure and optimize PIMprocesses ensuring high-quality product data across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering& Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understandworkflows challenges and data needs.
Document functionalrequirements userstories and PIMprocess flows.
2. Solution Design &Configuration
Configure StiboSTEP workflows data models hierarchies and business rules.
Support attribute management and data governancesetup.
3. Data Quality &Governance
Define product data quality standardsgovernance rules and validation checks.
Monitor analyze and ensure data integrity within thePIM ecosystem.
4. Integration Support
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate StiboSTEP with:
o ERPsystems
o E-commerceplatforms
o Otherenterprise applications
Ensure smooth synchronization via APIs ETL flows XML/JSON exchanges.
5. Testing & Validation
Create test cases execute functional tests andcoordinate User Acceptance Testing(UAT).
6. Training &Documentation
Develop documentation user guides and trainingmaterials for business teams.
7. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance PIM processes usabilitysystem performance and data governance frameworks.

Experience
5years as a StiboSTEP Business Analyst.
Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management)concepts.
Hands-on experience with:
o Stibo STEP data modeling
o Workflows
o Business rules
Experience in data governance andproduct data quality.
Familiarity with product lifecycle masterdata and multi-channel publishing.
Ability to translate complex business processesinto technical configurations.
Understanding of integration concepts(APIs ETL PIM ERP/e-commerce).
Technical Skills
Basic SQLfor data validation.
Knowledge of XML/JSON for dataexchange.
Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft Talend SAP CPI.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-managementskills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in multiculturalcross-functional environments.
High attention to detail and organizationalcapability.
Languages
Fluency in English (mandatory)
