Description

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing implementing and managing education programs that support both internal employees external stakeholders and partners. This highly cross-functional role oversees curriculum development course delivery and the administration of a digital learning platform. The position also leads a small team of L&D professionals and collaborates closely with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Curriculum & Course Development

  • Design and maintain a tiered business-aligned curriculum across technical functional and leadership topics for internal and external audiences.
  • Create engaging compliant learning content in multiple formats (e-learning instructor-led blended) that reflects industry best practices.

Content Delivery & Learning Events

  • Plan and deliver digital and in-person training events managing logistics for workshops webinars and certification programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback assessments and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Digital Learning Platform Management

  • Oversee and optimize the LMS ensuring accurate course cataloging user access and robust reporting.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning tools and enhance the learner experience through innovative features and improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Sales Marketing Engineering and Service teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a small team of L&D specialists fostering a culture of continuous improvement and outcome focus.
  • Allocate resources effectively and set clear performance goals for the team.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Organizational Development or related field
  • 5 years of experience in education or learning & development
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects & events

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Mastersdegree
  • Direct classroom and instructional experience
  • Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning technologies
