Job Summary
As Trading Manager you will be responsible for overseeing everything Shop-floor related. Reporting to the Store Manager you will ensure merchandising and trading standards are maintained the Managers Trading Plan is delivered and pricing integrity and availability meet expectations.
When customers walk through our doors they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied and as Balclutha is one of our smaller stores this role also incorporates the availability function meaning you will oversee the presentation merchandising restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership. The look and feel of our store for a great customer experience comes down to you and your team!

Heres the days and hours!
Tuesday 08.30 - 6.00 Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday 10.45 - 20.15.
Qualifications :
Ultimately we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with proven leadership capabilities and a proactive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential while prior experience in a retail environment particularly in areas such as stock management merchandising recovery and visual presentation would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on and enjoys actively contributing to the teams success.
