Job Summary

 

As we expand our footprint in the Business information market we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth on the Moroccan and African market.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying leads and conducting prospections to identify new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment of Commercial Strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with objectives and macro/microeconomic trends.
  • Active Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls professional networks events and partnerships.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand local market expectations for commercial information and propose tailored solutions.
  • Promotion of BI Solutions: Highlight URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification as performance and trust drivers.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure achievement of objectives negotiate and finalize contracts and track customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors actions to adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Digitalization: Master Coface tools (Icon/URBA Broker Portal EL Portal Cofanet EDM).
  • Service Quality: Guarantee KPI achievement and streamline the integration of commercial information.

 


Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 year-experience in B2B sales development or business development with a focus on Maghreb Region market 
  • Strong commitment to relationship-building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Excel tool for reporting and analysis
