- To assist Product Development Head in product design
- As a Project manager/owner of new product development and revamp of existing product.
- To manage multiple product projects and adhoc requests with good quality.
- To ensure the delivery or product launch meet targeted date.
- Work closely with related dept (pricing marketing IT operation legal & compliance distribution training) to ensure the alignment of the required approvals documents and timeline.
- To lead facilitate and manage product discussions with the regulator (OJK) DPS and regional office.
- To utilize various feedback groups and mechanisms to validate product development initiatives.
- Actively support and participate in discussions and negotiations on product design with internal channel managers and external parties.
- Able to early identify potential problem in product development project and find solution within his/her authority and to propose options/solutions to higher management for decision if necessary.
- To be able to use data from and collaborate with market intelligence function for identifying gaps within the existing product range and competitors
- To monitor the performance of new products post implementation review.
