At NielsenIQ the Retailer Account Development team simplifies and streamlines collaboration between retailers and suppliers by providing a joint set of tools through a shared platform. The team uses diverse data sources visualizations and tools to provide clear and actionable analysis for our clients. Keeping our clients perspectives top of mind the team delivers mutual growth through quick accurate and consistent insights. Critical to the success of this role is maintaining a client service orientation achieved through effective management of day-to-day client interactions as well as reporting of assigned research projects.
Responsibilities
The Manager Retailer Account Development is part of a dynamic team and ideal for someone with the passion to succeed in a rapidly evolving environment.
Client Servicing
- Maintain accurate complete and up-to-date business profiles of different stakeholders within assigned clients. Share these profiles periodically to senior management
- Undertake sales activities in partnership with senior staff through preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials
- Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced to match continually evolving client expectations
- Drive client satisfaction by providing actionable insights and recommendations appropriate and relevant to the client
- Identify and recommend enhancements and value added solutions that answer clients needs
- Expand NielsenIQs scope of influence across a wider range and through deeper involvement in clients business requirements
- Ensure timely and precise reporting that meet clients specifications as well internal quality standards.
- Work closely with Customer Success team to achieve accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
Financial Management
- Achieve revenue profitability quality targets as assigned and according to budget
- Contribute to overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost-savings
Organisational Management and Development
- Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs
- Promote inter-departmental communications and teamwork
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends internal software and value added solutions
Qualifications :
- University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Experience in advertising agencies dealing with FMCG clients is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- A good team player who can work independently with internal and external clients
- Assertive detail-minded innovative and strive for excellence
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English. Mandarin Chinese is a plus
