DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- Review daily RBABot report and work with EOs/operators to assign out test verifications/retests and acquire tester allocation from production.
- Review test data to determine any further retests are needed.
- With guidance from PQE analyze test data and send out email triggers to PEs for failures.
- Assist PQEs to work/follow up with PEs to close out test/VMI failures or any highlighted quality issues.
- To assist in all logistics of OQA verifications tests
- To assist PQEs in all line compliance checks/audits.
- To execute all SBR buyoffs (compliance to BR from Agile).
- To assist QEs in engineering evaluations and to prepare required status updates/reports.
- Issuance and monitoring of QA daily consumable items: gloves stick cleaner MPO cleaner.
- To assist QEs in FA/TLC buy-offs (note: this one requires Agile access for the techs).
- To prepare shiftly report on PQE test/VMI failures report summary status.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Telecom/Mechatronics) background.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Applicants must be hands on and analytical person able to perform soldering and electrical testing good in Microsoft Excel and able to handle multi tasks situation.
- Knowledge in fibre optics product (transceivers) semiconductor assembly and test background is an advantage.
- Good communication skills with all levels within the organization.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts.
