Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 负责本地区的产品应用技术支持的相关工作协助客户专家和技术服务做好售后工作使客户满意
- 产品使用过程中的疑难问题解决
- 通过良好的沟通和协作为销售和维修队伍提供应用技术支持和培训
- 支持客户的实验室认证和性能验证工作
- 代理商应用技术支持队伍的培训和支持
- 仪器安装后的使用保养培训
REQUIREMENTS:
- 具有临床医学或检验医学的教育背景
- 具有临床医学或检验医学23年的实际工作经验
- 具有23年的外企同类产品售后技术工作经验
